Jeff Rimmer
DirectorJeff has worked in the asset finance industry for 40 years, starting his career at North West Securities, part of the Bank of Scotland Group. Since then he has worked his way up through many finance companies across the North West. In 2010 Jeff set up Finance For Business UK Ltd, with the aim to provide a personal service to the client developing partnerships and relationships.
Jeff is a passionate music lover who spends his free time playing the flute as a member of over five local orchestras. However, Jeff’s involvement in music goes beyond playing the flute. He is also a skilled musical conductor who takes great pleasure in leading orchestras through beautiful pieces of music. Additionally, Jeff is a devoted LFC fan and holds a season ticket along with his son, Chris.
Chris Rimmer
DirectorChris has worked in the finance industry since 2012, initially building his knowledge working directly for large multi-national funders out of their Liverpool and Manchester offices. Chris decided to join the family business at Finance For Business in 2020, and has helped to diversify their offering into new finance markets.
With a bachelor’s degree in Classical Music, Chris shares his dad’s passion for music. For years now, he has played in bands and performed with local theatre groups. His passion for performing began at a young age, performing in many shows in Southport, he even recently received the Best Male Lead in a Musical award. When he’s not making music, Chris can be found cheering on LFC at the match with his dad, Jeff.
Rio Ball
Business Development ManagerRio joined Finance For Business in 2022 as our Business Development Manager. Rio is dynamic and results-driven with a proven track record of driving growth and delivering strategic partnerships. His passion for building strong client relationships and his in-depth knowledge of the financial landscape make him an asset to our team. He prides himself on his ability to understand the unique needs of each client and tailor financing solutions that meet their specific goals and objectives.
Outside of work, Rio enjoys staying active by regularly attending the gym. He also is an avid supporter of Manchester City FC (much to Jeff and Chris’ disappointment). He is always eager to connect with new clients and help them navigate the world of finance with confidence and ease.
